How Do I Exchange A Shirt I Purchased?

GoFitVegan gladly accepts exchanges of unworn / unwashed items within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please send your unworn / unwashed items to us at:

Include a note (or, ideally, write on the packing slip and include that) with the following information:

- The order number, or the name and email address of the purchaser.

- The item(s) and size(s) you want in exchange.

If you're exchanging for a t-shirt, remember to include if you would like a men's, women's, junior's, or kid's t-shirt.

Available sizes include:

  • Men's T-Shirts: Small through XL
  • Women's T-Shirts: Small through XL
  • Juniors T-Shirts: Small through Large
  • Kids T-Shirts: XS through XL
  • Women's Tank Tops: Small through XL
  • Hoodies: Small through XL

Note: Items are considered a direct exchange (shirt for shirt), regardless of how much you paid or the current list price. However, additional charges may apply if you are exchanging for a different product.

- The address you would like your new shirts shipped to.

Please Note:

  • Customer pays return shipping on exchanges. We recommend using the US Postal Service, but you can ship it via any major carrier.
  • We do not charge a restocking fee.

How Do I Return A Shirt I Purchased?

GoFitVegan gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items for a full refund, less shipping charges, within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Please send your unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items to us at:

Include a note (or, ideally, write on the packing slip and include that) with the following information:

- The order number, or the name and email address of the purchaser.

- Please list the item(s) you are returning, and write “return for refund.”

Please Note:

  • Refunds will be made through the original method of payment. This means it will go back onto the credit card or into the PayPal account that placed the order. We cannot send cash refunds.
  • Customer pays return shipping on returns. We recommend using the US Postal Service, but you can ship it via any major carrier.
  • We do not charge a restocking fee.

I Was Sent The Wrong Shirt / I Was Sent A Defective Shirt

Quality and customer satisfaction are our highest priorities.

If we ship you the incorrect item or you receive a shirt with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at orders@gofitvegan.com with your order number and the specifics on what the problem is. We will work with you to fix the issue as quickly as possible. This is typically done at no cost to the customer, since it is our mistake!
